I’ve owned several homes and did most maintenance myself, so I’ve picked up some tricks.

Renovation Consulting

We remodeled the kitchen in our farmhouse back in Georgia, and I did plenty of the work myself (not least of which was design, and reluctantly—since I’d hired out most of the labor—project management). While I’d prefer not to take on a full renovation myself, I can definitely prep you for the process and help you cast vision for the project.
